Students become more engaged when they are given the tools and supplies to succeed! These supplies and classroom basics will set us up for a successful school year, and ensure that unsharpened pencils and empty glue-sticks can no longer serve as excuses!
In our classroom, things are colorful and attention-grabbing, so we always want to make sure we are striving to do our best because people are noticing!
Collaborative learning is very important in our classroom, and I am always thinking of new ways to engage students to share ideas. I offer students occasional games in order to motivate them and allow them to reinforce the math concepts we're currently learning!
Your support will definitely increase student engagement. By participating in a hands-on activities that invite students to be creative and expressive, students will learn how to communicate and collaborate in a group setting. In turn, meaningful learning takes place when my students feel a sense of ownership in their own learning.
I know my students will be forever grateful for a classroom full of supplies throughout the rest of the school year!
