Our students chose to work with CareSTL. Center for Animal Rescue and Enrichment of St. Louis, or CARE STL, is a 501c3 nonprofit organization serving as the official No-Kill animal shelter partner for the City of St. Louis Animal Care and Control. Our students toured the animal shelter and were shocked by how many loving animals they had there that needed a home.
The experience motivated them to do everything they could to help these animals. They are in the process of planning an adoption event at our school in the spring, in the hopes that animals will find their forever home. The students have also set up a donation station at school to collect items that CareSTL is in need of. They would love to be able to present these much needed items from ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ to CareSTL!
