As a high school math teacher, I’m constantly looking for opportunities that I think can assist my students to not only learn but to learn in a comfortable environment. I believe these calculators will serve as a learning tool that can and will assist my students on their journey towards a high school diploma. Throughout the school year, we are always working with different equations and formulas. Everything from points, lines, and planes, to midpoints, distance, and slope formulas. We work on different angles and triangles. Parallels and transversals. Interior and exterior angles, Geometric Mean, Pythagorean Theorem, Tangent, Sine, & Cosine, and everything else in between! A set of these calculators would provide my students with a more up to date tool that is run by solar power, eliminating the constant need to purchase batteries. Thank you in advance for your consideration in donating towards my purchase of calculators.
