Having the right tools for the right job is essential if you are training students to work in the industry right out of High School. Learning employment skills and industry technical skills require that students use the tools that are used in the industry so that they are prepared and familiar when they start the job.
To grade knife skills, students need to have a good knife to use and one that can handle being used by lots of different students. Students will be able to show off proper knife skills including how to hold knives and use them for a variety of cuts
