Students are inundated with information about COVID and have become increasingly more anxious. Finding the right methods and understanding how to reduce anxiety is my goal as a health educator. These chairs would help students be more mindful and be in the present moment instead of worrying about the news. Less anxiety leads to higher test scores and betting in-class achievement overall. My students have been hit hard with anxiety over the past two years and this could be the boost they need to help them get through this school year.

About my class
