Being able to expand my classroom library with more popular engaging books for my students will greatly make an impact on their love of learning and reading. The students pick a chapter book from the bookshelf every week to read for their independent reading time. Having brand new books to read will boost their excitement and eagerness. These books will also be used during small group instruction for book studies with my students, really helping them improve their reading comprehension skills. Teaching my students to love reading is a priority in my classroom and these books will help me do so.

About my class
