These charms help provide positive incentives for those students who achieve their behavioral and academic goals. They also help to promote our social and emotional learning program within our school. Charms will be awarded to students that are working towards perfect attendance, completed homework assignments, online intervention program minutes, SEL character traits and even mastering multiplication math facts. The students love to wear the lanyards and 'show off' what they know around school. The charms offer a sense of accomplishment that is easily seen and relevant to the gains they make or the goals they reach.
