These materials are going to be used in the Lucy Calkins Units of Study English Curriculum. The Reading Workshop is a great way to get students interested in reading outside of class, as well as during independent reading time as well! We have a Dystopian genre unit and I want to be able to give the students some great options of series to read and enjoy. All of these series have been chosen for their ability and relevance to the curriculum, as well as the interest levels of my students! I am looking forward to diving into these dystopian worlds with my students and exploring their nuances and subtleties.
