My students love using their whiteboards as a way of working not only as individual but as groups as well. The use of whiteboards is a daily activity in my classroom. The whiteboards allow me to see exactly what they are doing, as well as provide an easy place for them to show and share their work. What becomes a problem is the fact that the markers never seem to last, erasers seem to disappear, and the whiteboards slowly become stained from frequent use. White board markers and erasers make it easier to get the work done during this time.
We also are in need of the every day supplies that we use in our classroom to make learning more convenient and able to do the work necessary to be successful. Letter boards, ink, file folders, pocket charts, laminating pouches and desk organizer I will use to help myself stay organized and if I need projects printed in color. Our classroom mailbox has been used in the classroom for years and is falling apart. Pencil pals make it nice for students to not lose their pencils by having a pencil pal stuck to their desk to put their pencil in after every use. By donating to this project you will help us keep the materials that they need on hand and help them to be successful as they work together as a class.
