We start each class with a community circle. We currently have just one style, plastic resin seating for all students. Help my students develop a sense of community among their peers which will improve their social skills as well as gives them an active outlet without disrupting their learning. My Project Based Learning program is doubling and I would need more seating options to accommodate the growth. These flexible seating opportunities will help the students regroup, collaborate, be more comfortable to improve their performance and pride in their workspace. I will be pairing choice seating with a Classroom Economy lesson. This will teach the students real-life financial planning while offering incentives to rent their preferred seating choice. Your help in bringing this to life is greatly appreciated.
