I can teach them how to be calm and to reset their minds and bodies. I would love to teach them something new that is usually not offered in inner city schools. I want to implement yoga because of the positive benefits of it to young adults. Most of the time, students have no outlet to express their emotions or feelings. With yoga, I can teach them how to breath properly and to let out that "bad energy" so many urban kids have growing up. This would be a perfect outlet for them.
