Providing flexible seating for my students will help them learn responsibility. Flexible seating will allow the students to move and wiggle throughout the day without being a distraction to their classmates. When students are given the opportunity to choose their seats, they will be more apt to learn and retain the information presented to them. Flexible seating will also be used for classroom management. Students must follow the rules, be respectful and responsible in order to use the flexible seating. Providing this opportunity for my students will benefit them in all aspects of their school day.
