These materials will make a difference in students' learning because they will be able to use the white boards and magnetic letters to create words that they are learning through our reading programs. They will be given Tier 1 instruction on the words and then they will be able to go to their center during intervention time and use the tiles and boards to create those words. Students will also be able to have a variety of first grade books to read from during intervention time. We have a very strong literacy emphasis this year and by giving students more opportunities to read, it will help increase their fluency. By having all of these materials, students will be able to continue learning the skills they need in engaging activities.

About my class
