Make a donation Mrs. Iverson can use on her next classroom project.
I will use the materials requested by establishing centers within the classroom that will allow my students to keep engaged independently. The materials requested are at their instructional level and contain items that they can manipulate on their own (for example, matching / sorting / duplicating patterns / applying math and reading skills). Through the use of these materials students can hopefully generalize learned skills.
By donating to this project, you will provide opportunities for students to practice skills independent of their teacher. Independence is a big accomplishment for my students, and having these materials available will definitely help develop this skill.
