We love book clubs in our Humanities classroom. Everyone is always all ears when the different books are introduced. Then reveal day is even more exciting when they find out which book they get to read. Once everyone has their books, it's off to reading! We will notice and note, make predictions, make connections, journal, and best of all- enjoy and get lost in a good book! Students will read independently, with small groups, with partners, and sometimes just with me. We will get together with different groups and make connections about the theme and characters in the books too.

About my class
