Providing communication for non-verbal Students. I am asking for an iPad which will be loaded with AAC software, specifically LAMP Words for Life. Augmentative and Alternative Communication software enables my non-verbal students communicate. This iPad will enable me to model and teach students how best to use the program to allow them to communicate with others for functional communication and also to begin developing friendships. I will still need to purchase the AAC software but now I will have a device to allow teachers and myself to model communication and interact with the student.
