My students love to play with technology. I want to connect the play feeling to the real world applications of autonomous vehicles. Students will explore the Internet of Things (IOT) and commit to ethical use of the different technologies. Students will explore the laws and requirements of obtaining an FAA certified drone pilot license. Students will also learn to program and debug their code, both with flying and ground based robots. Students will apply what they learn by creating competitive events and challenging each other, as well as other campuses. The competitions will drive their desire to learn by encouraging collaboration in a fun game-like atmosphere.

About my class
