"WIGGLE" while you work. A multi-sensory approach to learning contributes to better learning outcomes, attention, and behavior. When hearts are high the time will fly, so wiggle while you work. I am on my way to creating nontraditional seating options where my students will all have Choice, Movement, Community, Comfort, Collaboration, Sensory Input. I’m a firm believer in keeping the focus on what’s really important: the students. I am looking for greater motivation and higher engagement which means adapting my classroom to meet the needs of my students. Everything I do in my classroom is based on research and best practices for kids. Redesigning my classroom is not any different. I want to be the one that opens the door for others to walk through and experience the difference it has made.
