The kidney table I have chosen will be used to help students be able to come together in a collaborative setting. I will be able to sit at the head of the table and help guide the students through a small group lesson. Small group settings are imperative for this age students because it allows the teachers to give the students more one on one attention. Guided reading is one of the most important collaborative sessions we have in a school day, it is important that the students are able to see the teacher model the book and demonstrate other activities that go along with the guided reading lesson.

About my class
