As a 2nd grade teacher, I strive everyday to inspire students' creativity and imagination! I want students to see beyond their isolated, rural community and not only know, but believe there are unlimited opportunities that surround them and that they are capable of achieving and experiencing them. Google Expeditions will help me in providing inspiration and motivation to struggling readers by helping my students visualize information in new ways, provide background knowledge, positively impact their ability to retain information and most of all, inspire a life long love of reading. Please help me take my students on an adventure that can impact a lifetime!
