I work at a Priority School in California. It is a low-income, 100% free and reduced lunch, Title I school. We have been fortunate to get to do such great teaching here. Our API scores have gone up over the last few years. Even with no test currently in place, we are all still working hard to ensure the best learning possible for our students.
We have a large population of African American, Hispanic, Pacific Islander, and Asian students. The students in my classroom are scientists. They work hard every day to discover the world around them. They are thinkers and creators. They are amazing students who deserve the opportunity to better their educational experience.
