These materials will help my students learn because my students need more hands on learning materials and manipulatives for center times and independent centers. Especially for my special needs students who are tactile and sensory learners. We focus on the alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, patterns, addition and social/ emotional growth as well as doing many things that help prepare them for Kindergarten! I teach lessons on those sorts of things as well as community helpers, living and nonliving things, technology, the five senses . We also work on fine motor skills and pencil grasp. These items will help build my students knowledge based on the lessons I teach as well as they use for reinforcement!
