We plan to create a community in our school by reading the same book, at the same time. Every child will get a copy of the book that they will keep, and every teacher in the school will be participating. Every day the school will read a chapter, and students will have the opportunity to have rich discussions with each other. This project will be used to spark a love of reading in all of our students. While reading the book, the school will be taking part in small activities to help deepen comprehension. After the reading is complete, all students will be completing a project to share the story they read.

About my class
