I am always trying to find new ways to incorporate hands-on learning activities in math. These manipulatives will be engaging tools that students will look forward to using time and time again! These tools, along with whole brain teaching are the perfect pair to introduce and reinforce math concepts.
Math is a critical need area and these manipulatives are just the right thing to help all of my students learn and feel successful.
With the number carpet and number mat floor game, students will be able to visually see the numbers and develop number sense and place value by actively moving from number to number (one more, one less, ten more, ten less, as well as add and subtract.
