My students are very inquisitive and love to participate in hands-on activities that allow them to explore and problem solve. We are a Title 1 school with a variety of socio-economic backgrounds. The student population includes general education students, students with learning disabilities, as well as students with emotional and behavioral disabilities. Our population is comprised evenly across the board of Black, Hispanic, multi-racial, and Caucasian, many who are transient and have limited access to books and technology in their homes.
