Throughout this year, my kindergarteners have became independent and learning focused students. These little learners are actively engaged in learning our concepts and using a variety of materials to practice those concepts. This project will allow my students an opportunity to explore their learning in a variety of ways and take lead of their learning, when they are not in my small group. When I created this list, I wanted to ensure that I had a plan for all the items requested, which included turning games into sight word practice stations.
These games and art supplies will allow my students to be engaged and creative with their learning. My goal in my classroom is for my students to feel connected to their work. I believe that with the help of these items, I can create lessons that will resonate with my students.
