These items will make a difference in my students learning by giving them the opportunity to have the materials they need to learn and play. Children who are in pre-k do almost all of their learning by playing. The items that I have selected will be for centers where they do much of their learning through social-emotional and relationship building skills. Giving children more options of play helps them in terms of decision-making and creates more focus on their child development.
Creating creative ways to teach children is the foundation to learning. The interest is built when the learning is fun. It is difficult do to this sometimes when there isn't enough materials available. I will use the materials to continue to make the learning fun and by having more open centers.
