These materials will provide constant learning opportunities (without the students even realizing it!) in my classroom.
Sit spots help students easily find their place to sit, and make regrouping much easier, especially when moving students around the room. It reinforces color recognition and is very helpful for the ELL population. This set has numbers, so it will also help reinforce number recognition. The spots are easily left in place when the carpet is vacuumed every day.
The Pointer Finger is for students to use when pointing to specific items on a word wall or on the SmartBoard. Having a big finger to use instills confidence in a student when asked to lead the group.
The answer buzzer is a fun and interactive tool to use with my students when doing rapid fire question and answer activities.
Learning to write music and draw notes is a critical skill to students in my classroom. Erasable staff lined white boards and markers will give every student the opportunity to write, erase, and try again. Fine tip markers make drawing intricate symbols easier .
