My students love recording podcasts and giving their videos first person narrations. I've given up my office and converted it into a makeshift audio studio with egg cartons and hand me down equipment from a local radio station. I overheard a student say that they would record at home because they could get better sound there. I want my students to get the best quality hands-on experience when it comes to audio, and I believe this equipment will give us the upgrade we need. New microphones, headphones and proper soundproofing will enhance learning. I believe that this upgrade will lead to more positive learning experiences.
