I am a Special Education teacher in a large city school district in New York. All my students receive free or reduced lunch.
My students are not big on reading and I truly wish to change that. I would like to get literature where they see themselves looking out from the pages. I am fortunate enough to have an assistant that works with me. I am hoping to form reading groups/a book club using the books I am asking for from Ðǿմ«Ã½.
I truly hope through your kindness and generosity I can get great books into my students hands.
Thank you
