We just started our weight room at our junior high. So many of the kids have benefited from the weight room. It has definitely given multiple students a confidence boost and a new challenge. It hasn't just benefitted our athletes either. Lots of students who were not very active have shined in the weight room. We do not have enough benches/squat racks for all of our students to use. This extra rack would make a huge difference in our class. I would be able to get a lot more kids benching or squatting in the weight room. It would be a big boost to our new program.
