The organization will help my students learn genre, easily decifer books of interest, and be guided on how to find the books that they want to read. I will teach the different genres using the organization system. Students will browse the classroom library during independent reading time each day. I will also keep track of student interests with this organization system so that I may choose class read alouds to use in whole group lessons. I want to see that students enjoy reading more by being able to easily access books.
