Some materials will be for students to use within the classroom while other material will help create material for students to use on a daily basis.
Young minds need material to learn and grow. The students will benefit from the hands-on manipulatives. I will be able to teach reading and spelling from the large whiteboard and have students interact and write on the board along with their own white boards and markers. I will be able to create hands-on activities for letter identification, phonemic awareness and phonics skills with the letters. Students love the bright and colorful material versus black and white.
