Eric Carle is one of my favorite author/illustrators. His books really capture the sense of wonder that we feel from observing and being in nature. Kindergarten is all about exploration and these books really showcase the beauty and fun in exploration of nature. My student will love reading and enjoying the gorgeous illustrations that Eric Carle books provide! The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Brown Bear, Brown Bear are just some of the classic titles we all know and love. Not only are these books beautiful and engaging, they help students build and identify literacy skills.

About my class
