These magazines will help enrich my already print heavy classroom. My class does small group reading, and I hope to make it more interesting, and reading level friendly by introducing these magazines into the weekly routine. My students are noticeably more engaged when the topic is new and exciting. These magazines give my students the opportunity to experience a new story every week, and it is one that is interesting to them. They have amazing pictures and help to solidify lessons on print details. These magazines also offer an introduction into non-fiction texts that is captivating, and makes students want to keep learning about what they have just read!
