I am transitioning from Kindergarten to a 2nd grade Highly Capable class next year and am aiming to give the students many opportunities to use hands-on STEAM materials, as well as give them access to more challenging texts. These materials will help ensure that my students will get multiple ways to learn ideas and concepts, as well as explore their own interests. This supply of books, games, and manipulative materials will aid in the education of my students. They will be used to challenge their thinking and teach them valuable skills like problem solving.

About my class
