I am determined to make this year the absolute best that I can for my students. My project is geared towards enhancing the overall atmosphere and aesthetics of our classroom. I would love to offer various seating options for my students to get comfortable during reading and/or independent work time. I also hope to provide my students with strategies and tools for coping with daily stresses and anxieties, in and out of the classroom. The items on my list are directed towards providing my students with a classroom in which they feel welcomed, loved, calm, and motivated to do and be their best. Various seating options, classroom decorations and supplies, and a diverse selection of books will help me ensure that my students have the best year possible in 4th grade, following two of the hardest school years in recent history.
