Being an alternative public school, we have students with an array of individualized needs. Most students learn better when their needs are being met, incorporating physical and sensory input. The chairs will be used to help keep students focused and engaged while meeting their sensory needs. The mats, dividers, and lighting fixtures will also assist students with organization and sensory needs. All of these materials will help our classroom remain a safe environment where students are able to grow and have their needs met without leaving the classroom during the day.

About my class
