It helps by eliminating doubt that comes when a person knows that another person doing the same thing as them has more resources. By having the proper equipment and training it can help my student-athletes perform better in and out of the classroom.
My student-athletes will feel more confident in their abilities in athletics, which will lead them to perform better in the classroom so that they will remain eligible to compete in UIL activities.
