School supplies are essential items for both teachers and students. Teachers use them to organize and teach, but, more importantly, students use them to fulfill assignments, to meet classroom needs and to learn, maximizing their education in order to become independent-minded adults who can think for themselves.
Second-graders come to school curious and ready to learn, but sometimes lack the simple, yet necessary items needed for the classsroom.
These items include such things as pencils, erasers, dry erase markers, folders and paper -- typical classroom items needed to perform assignments!
