I love hands-on learning! Some of these items will be the building blocks for my students' creativity. I can't wait to get back to the classroom and see what they come up with. For example, when we build solar ovens to teach heat, construction paper will come in handy. Crayons and markers come in handy when planning and creating. Having these items will help kick off our thinking no matter what we explore.
Another passion I have is reading, especially setting up a welcoming classroom library. Those book bins will serve as homes to my many books that my new students will read. Reading can take us places, it's the bridge to all learning, and these bright colors will make the library fun and welcoming.
