Flexible seating allows children to be in control of their own environment and helps them to figure out how they can work best. I have purchased some flexible seating options for my classroom but I don't have tables to put my new seating at! I have exercise balls and a variety of different stools but my students need a table to use when sitting at them. They love the ability to have a choice in where they learn and I find that they stay focused because they have picked that spot.
