Teaching both in person and virtual Kindergarten students at the same is quite a challenge, it also one that is very rewarding.
I have watched my students grow in many ways that it brings tears to my eyes. They have learned to accept not working in workstations with partners, keeping 6ft apart from one another, not sharing all while watching some of their best friends through a computer screen.
Having a read along book for my in person students as well as my virtual students will help my students be able to imagine and visualize parts of the book while listening to the audio. Having their own slime to take outdoors will be fun for them since "recess" is no longer playing on a playground.
