My little artists will gather their daily art supplies and return them to their rightful spots because they can reach the baskets of markers, crayons and scissors! I love teaching my little artists to be independent and careful with their materials.
My students love to get the supplies we need for our artwork. They enjoy taking turns to pass out the scissors or gather up the crayons. They know where to go to sharpen their pencils and where to put the baskets of markers.
When students take charge of their classroom supplies they become leaders and learn responsibility. This helps them be more successful in other classes. These are high quality shelves that will last for many, many years and will withstand an elementary classroom without breaking apart.
