Audiobooks are a wonderful alternative to students who may be intimidated by reading print or ebooks. Many reluctant readers are drawn to audiobooks and would be able to access many more books this way. Audiobooks provide students the opportunity to 1) increase their reading comprehension and vocabulary and 2) build confidence in enjoying literature. The collection of audiobooks that Tales2go has is diverse and current. Students will be able to find books that they are interested in easily. Access to audiobooks during distance learning is especially important at this time. Not only are audiobooks educational, but they provide an important distraction to the current crisis. Thank you for considering funding this project!
