I can see myself designing a classroom type setting in my home. I have been teaching my students through Google Classroom, assigning YouTube videos, and workbook lessons but feel there is a need for more materials to have a better understanding of the virtual learning classroom. Kids would be more interested in seeing a fun, hands-on, classroom-type environment on their screens with me. I will use the easel, paints, markers, etc. for fun learning activities to share with my students via Google hangout lessons. I will use the books and reference materials to post assignments online for the kids. I will make daily/weekly signs and posters to share with positive messages for the kids to get their interest and imagination flowing during this time spent at home.
