These items will help to foster the love of getting to learn how to be involved in the real world while safely being in a classroom.
The students in my class helped with choosing these items. They are so excited to have a grocery store and a diner. Right now, we have toys that fit on a table but having an actual play center, would benefit their imagination so greatly.
By having an actual grocery store, the students could learn about items and work on math skills while playing. The diner will allow students to work more closely on social skills and taking care of others. Also, the diner works as additional seating for various activities.
I am so excited to get these items for my class. I want my students to love to come to school and love to learn. Play is the best.
