Unfortunately, our school library is indefinitely unavailable to students. To address this issue, I have accumulated a large collection of books about Hawaiian and Pacific Islander history, legends, and culture for my class to borrow and read. These books are currently stacked on desks and in need of a more appropriate home.
These books help introduce students to a wide range of Hawaiian and Pacific Islander words and stories that they have never learned before. In creating this mini-library, I hope to strengthen its cultural and literary foundations. Please help me to care for these resources by procuring a proper bookshelf. Mahalo nui!
