Preschoolers who are exposed to trauma may have a hard time identifying and regulating emotions. I want to empower my kids to be "Super Heros" and know they can succeed and become life long learners.
Super Hero capes are NOT only fun but empowering! I want to build their social emotional growth. “Normal” social/emotional skills and awareness does not develop in exactly the same way for all preschoolers. Hop a long balls can build strong gross motor skills and encourage communication and cooperation among peers. This is crucial for healthy social development.
