Children's literature in music creates a deeper level of creativity for kids. They will be able to create music on xylophones, drums, and other instruments from the pictures and storyline of the books. The students would have to think deeper to problem solve and work together to create a musical way to tell the stories that they are reading. Having these books will be a start to a library of books they can use in music class to create their own musical version of the story that is being told!

About my class
